- FAQ - Banknote Counters
Different detection settings and sensitivity levels on my Safescan 2210/ 2250 can be changed. What do these sensitivity levels mean?
Your banknote counter is by default configured with the most optimal detection settings. We advise you to keep these settings. Lowering detection settings may result in counterfeit notes being passed as genuine. Increasing detection settings may result in genuine banknotes being detected as counterfeit.
