Be prepared. Your banknote counter may display some error messages during different counting sessions. These messages indicate that something has gone wrong. Simply read the instructions below so you know what to do when you see an error message.

If after following all the steps below, the error message still shows up. Please contact our customer care department.

Error E-0 - Batteries
The error message E-0 is displayed whenever the device is running low on power. Simply replace the batteries or use the included power cable to connect your device to an outlet.

Error E-1 - Bottom Sensor
The error message E-1 is displayed whenever the bottom sensor of the device is blocked or obstructed. Carefully remove any dust or dirt from the sensor and counting wheels, and count your banknotes again.

Error E-2 - Top Sensor
The error message E-2 is displayed whenever the top sensor of the device is blocked or obstructed. Carefully remove any dust or dirt from the sensor and counting wheels, and count your banknotes again.

Error E-3 – Banknote Alignment
The error message E-3 is displayed whenever the banknotes are not inserted correctly, or when there is not enough traction on the counting wheel. All you have to do is remove the stack of banknotes and adjust them so their are aligned and centered. Then simply count them again.  If the problem persists, please replace the batteries.
