- Different detection settings and sensitivity levels on my Safescan 2210/ 2250 can be changed. What do these sensitivity levels mean?

Safescan 2600 series
- After I have done a currency software update, the display of my banknote counter remains blank.
- After performing a currency software update the display shows “ E107 Banknote Feeding Sensor Self Test Error” (sometimes followed by “E007 Fluorescence Sensor Self Test Error").
- After performing the latest currency software update I have less currencies on my device.
- After a currency update the following error message is shown: E70 EXT IR SENSOR. After pressing [START], error message E60 EXT IR SENSOR is shown.
- A foreign object like a coin, staple, rubber band or paperclip is blocking my device. How can these objects be removed?

- FAQ - Banknote Counters
The banknotes appear not to be counted smoothly.
- When the banknotes are not being counted smoothly: increase the note thickness distance by turning the adjustment wheel anti-clockwise (+).
- When counting errors like “thickness” (double notes) or “skewed notes” occur, decrease the note thickness distance by turning the sensitivity wheel clockwise (-).
