When starting the device it shows an EA0 ~ EA5 error. How can I solve this?

This means that there may be objects blocking the counting sensors.  The number relates to a particular sensor. Ensure that there are no banknotes present in the stacker and/or that no banknotes or other objects are blocking any internal parts of the machine. When the error message remains, contact Safescan technical support for assistance.
