• After I have done a currency software update, the display of my banknote counter remains blank.
• After performing a currency software update the display shows “ E107 Banknote Feeding Sensor Self Test Error” (sometimes followed by “E007 Fluorescence Sensor Self Test Error").
• After performing the latest currency software update I have less currencies on my device.
• After a currency update the following error message is shown: E70 EXT IR SENSOR. After pressing [START], error message E60 EXT IR SENSOR is shown.
• A foreign object like a coin, staple, rubber band or paperclip is blocking my device. How can these objects be removed?
