After updating my device only the buttons light up blue, the display remains blank.
You may have accidentally loaded the wrong update onto your device.
Switch off the device and take out the power adapter.
Press and hold the [power on/off] button together with the MODE button and plug in the power adapter again. The device wil go into the update mode (three lines on the display should appear) so you can release the buttons and update the device with the correct version.
