My device does not recognize a newly introduced banknote, can I update it?

The software version which is installed on your device may not contain the security characteristics of this new banknote. You will need to update the currency recognition software on the device.

You can find the update here on our website.  Select the device category, product type and part number (which can be verified on the product label at the back of the device). 

A list of available updates is shown. Be aware to only use the update that is relevant for your device. If there is no update available on our website for your device, this means it is either not available yet or will not be made available.
